The ordering process was simple. The order fulfillment was super fast. When the courier lost the package, they contacted me to let me know that I did not need to wait for it to be found and that they had already sent me a replacement order!! Before I could even ask! They then followed up until they were sure I had my delivery! Wow! Did not expect such great service ~ james l
